Parametric modelling
SolidWorks, Fusion 360 and AutoCAD. Driving dimensions, a clean feature tree, configurations that actually rebuild.
Production drawings
Assembly, welding and single-part sheets. BOMs, weld symbols, part numbering, your title block.
GD&T and stack-up
ASME Y14.5 with a documented datum scheme, and the stack-up run so clearances hold at the extremes.
Retail fixtures
Display and point-of-sale units engineered for flat-pack, freight and in-store assembly.
Rendering and visualisation
Blender renders, animation and 3D assets, built from the same model the factory gets.
Workflow automation
n8n, Zapier and Make pipelines around the CAD: BOM extraction from exports, bulk STL and STEP generation, PDM and ERP sync, so nobody re-keys data by hand.

Welded steel ramps and frames taken through assembly drawings, welding drawings and single-part fabrication sheets, each with BOMs, weld symbols and part numbering matched to the client's shop-floor format.

Aluminium clip mechanism, 5-axis CNC
A push-on, pull-off clip holding two 5052 aluminium faces, rated for 200 cycles without deforming and machinable on 5-axis. The consumer-facing face was designed alongside it, letting fragrance through while keeping the felt visible.

Second-eye review
No file ships on one person's word. Every 3D model and 2D sheet is reviewed by another engineer against the drawing standard before it goes out.
Version control, not folders
SolidWorks PDM and Manage vaults, planograms and engineering production packages, so a drawing has one current revision and everybody is looking at it.
Rendering and 3D art
A dedicated Blender specialist on the team for photoreal product visualisation, animation and 3D assets, working from the same CAD the manufacturer receives.
